Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment is reflected on our account.

Delivery will take 3-5 working days depending on when the order is received and stock availability. We endeavour to send the order out as soon as possible! Please also refer to the Product Availability section.

Refunds (if applicable)

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and send items back within 10 days of delivery. Your refund will exclude delivery costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7/10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is reflected.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returns unless the product is faulty.Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been worn or perfumed will not be accepted

Items are normally shipped within 2-4 working days at a cost of £4.99 per item.

Please contact us for shipping costs for multiple item orders.

UK Mainland deliveries: All items are sent using Royal Mail tracked delivery. 

Overseas buyers: Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss delivery options
