Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 3-5 working days once payment has been received at a cost of £4.99 per item. Please contact us for shipping costs for multiple item orders
UK Mainland deliveries: All items are sent using Royal Mail tracked delivery
Overseas buyers: Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss delivery options

Refunds & Returns
Refunds (if applicable)
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return a item.Your refund will exclude delivery costs.

Once your return is received and inspected then we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
​
If your refund is approved then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7/10 days.
We will notify you once we have processed your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
​​If your refund doesn't appear in your account then please contact your bank. It may take some time before your refund is reflected.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. If a purchased item is not returned in its original condition then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items that have been worn or perfumed or snagged will not be accepted and are not eligible for a refund.
